This Privacy Statement is also provided in accordance with Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European Authorities for the protection of the personal data, gathered together in the Party set up under Article 29 of Directive n. 95/46/CE, have implemented on 17th May 2001, to identify the minimum requirements to be met for the online collection of personal data, and, particularly, the methods, practices, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the users when they connect to the web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connections.

Place of Data Processing
The data processing concerning the web services of this website take place at the above- mentioned office of the Writer and are only handled by the technical staff in charge of the processing. In case of need, the data related to some services can be processed by the staff of the companies that deal with the technological management and maintenance of the website (nominated as Data Processors in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code - Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali), at the offices of the companies themselves. Typology of data processed
Personal Data - The Data Controller will process data of personal nature, "Personal Data" means all the information through which the data subject can be personally identified, and include, but not limited to, the name, surname, date of birth, address, gender, e-mail contact, landline phone number, mobile device number, valid identification document.
Navigation Data - The IT systems and software procedures used to make this website operational, acquire - during their normal operation - some personal data whose transmission is implicit with the use of the Internet Communication Protocols. It is about information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but because of their very nature, those information could - through processing and associations with data held by third parties - allow the users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the addresses in the URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. Purpose of the processing
The provided personal data will be processed by the Writer in compliance with the provisions of the Code for the administrative purposes related to the contractual requirements and for the consequent fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations deriving from them, as well as the achievement of the effective management of business relationships. The data processing is therefore necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations assumed towards its own users, for the fulfillment of the obligations provided for by law, by a regulation or by the community legislation and for the exercise of its own rights in court.
These purposes include:
• a) the safe browsing and the registration on this website, in order to take advantage of the related contents, the acquisition and management of your requests for products and/or services and related administrative and fiscal obligations; • b) subject to consent and up to your objection, direct marketing activities of the Data Controller by sending commercial / promotional / informative communications by post, telephone, SMS, fax, e-mail, even with the possible registration on the mailing list and / or newsletter.

Optional provision of Data
The provision of data for the above-mentioned purpose a) is optional but necessary. Any refusal to provide data implies the impossibility of providing the requested services and / or products. Extent of data communication and dissemination

The subjects belonging to the above- mentioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers.

Processing methods and storage
The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual electronic form, with methods and instruments aimed at guaranteeing the maximum security and confidentiality, by operators specifically designated to it in compliance with the provisions of Articles 31 and following of the Legislative Decree n° 196/2003. They will be stored at the offices of the Data Controller or at the offices of third parties from time to time identified to follow up the services to be provided for the time strictly necessary for the purposes above-mentioned and in any case not exceeding the period of time prescribed by law. In compliance with current legislation, specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed, except for the transformation in an anonymous form.

Data Subject’s rights
The subjects to whom the personal data refer to have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection – Codice in Materia di Protezione dei Dati Personali).

According to the same article, the Data Subject has the right to request the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the block of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. For any request for information and / or clarifications, questions or claims about the processing of personal data and to assert your rights as expressed in the Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 n°196, requests must be addressed to the Data Controller or to the Data Processor, also through a person in charge:

You may also request to the Data Controller the list of the names of the privacy managers designated by the Data Controller, by data processing area. If you no longer wish to be contacted anymore, the use of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose b) will cease immediately. If you request to the Data Controller to do so, you are required to provide the e-mail address, name, address and / or telephone numbers, in order to allow the correct handling of your request.
